Submissions to the contest are now closed. Thank you all!
Finalists and winners will be selected by the week of August 20th, and contacted.
All submissions not included in the list of 10 winners and finalists will be considered for future publication in our haiku section, unless you email to withdraw your haiku.
At last count, we have 344 submissions to read, so chances of your haiku being included in the 10 finalists are approximately 3%.
Thank you to all the wonderful poets who have submitted!
We look forward to announcing and publishing the winners and finalists on September 1st.

He spends time next to his favorite tree, looking up at the stars, and believes that art is immediate, not deliberate. " Invention is not about solving a problem that doesnt exist, its about creating fun. To this end, I dont believe in chasing technology" - John DeCesare
